Smoking is considered as the biggest primary causes of premature death and preventable disease in many developed nations across the globe. Around 2.5 million people die every year due to smoking globally and it has been predicted that around 2020, the number of smoking-related deaths will reach actually reached the mark of 10 million. Most individuals who die due to smoking will have sometime suffered from either one of the three primary diseases: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), coronary heart disease or lung cancer.

Smoking Causes:
·         Emphysema
·         Bronchitis
·         Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease
·         Coronary artery disease
·         Peripheral artery disease
·         Colorectal cancer
·         Liver cancer
·         Prostate cancer
·         Erectile dysfunction in men
·         Stomach cancer
·         Bladder and kidney cancer
·         Abdominal aortic aneurysm
·         Acute myeloid leukemia
·         Cataracts
·         Cervical cancer
·         Kidney cancer
·         Pancreatic cancer
·         Periodontitis
·         Pneumonia

Smoking also contributes to conditions, such as:
·         Hip fractures due to reduced bone density.
·         Complications from diabetes as a result of peripheral vascular disease.
·         Higher incidence of post surgical wound infections.
·         Reproductive complications, such as problems conceiving.

There is no benefits from smoking and practically you are loosing your money and health !
