tough to say no when you get pressure and stimulation to smoke from family,

- You might wonder what smoking is like or what you would look like holding a cigarette. Maybe you think smoking will help you to lose weight.
- Smoking can`t change who you are. And it’s not a good way to control weight. People who smoke to feel better about them often end up feeling worse.
- Instead of smoking, think about what you can do to feel good about yourself.
- If you are in depression try to overcome it, spend time doing activities you enjoy. Hang out with friends, family, listen to music or play a sport.
